About me!
Welcome to my website, my name is Justina.
I’m a sophomore at the University of Mary Washington majoring in Psychology. My goal after college is to become a therapist and help others.
I come from a family of five, I have my parents, two younger brothers, a dog, and a ferret.
I use this website for my digital studies class. I post responses to projects and assignments done in the past.
MOD 1
- My goals for this module was to learn more about deepfakes and how to detect them
2. I hope that my end product contains more in-depth research on certain apps used to detect deepfakes
3. The resources I used were in articles listing specific companies that made websites that could detect these deep fakes
4. I think what I’m most proud of was how much I’ve learned from reading about different software
MOD 2
1. My goals for this module was to learn what different apps were doing to minimize trolling and hate accounts.
2. In the end I hope to have a better understanding of what app developers are doing to protect their users.
3.We used an article listed on the website given to read what different apps had done to essentially get rid of hate on their apps.
4. What I’m most proud of is how easy it was to find all this information, it was surprising how many apps were doing stuff to prevent trolling and hate from taking over their platforms.
MOD 3
1. Our project was on Siri and how she helped Apple users in a variety of ways.
2. We made a survey and had others respond in order to get an idea on how many knew/used Siri.
3. The main problem we found was that Siri had a tendency to mishear users when answering questions, etc.
